Rebecca M. checking in. Just got our power back on during the night. Though my home is fine, this area (McComb, Summit, etc.) got hit really hard - trees across roads and homes, etc. Anybody heard from GranJan? I've tried and tried to call her, but can't get through. My heart and prayers go out to those of you on the coast and to those in New Orleans who have sustained much, much more damage than I could ever imagine. I pray that God will supply ALL of your needs according to His richest in glory! The gas situation is also getting scary here. I just talked with my husband who works in Brookhaven. He said that yesterday some guy started shooting at a gas station up there and the station had to close down. People are losing their minds! The situation is getting really desperate. I'm so glad to hear of those of you who are safe. Hopefully, we'll keep hearing good news! Rebecca
