WOOHOO!! There is HOPE!!!

YEA!! I found 2 different doctors. The only drawback is they are in pensacola, Fl but that is only a 2 hour drive or so. Their name is Dr. Nye and Dr. Lord. I have a message on the FL board to get some personal info... and I am going to Dr. Lords confrence on June 16th. He is at sacred heart hosp. Is there anyone here who have heard anything about them?? I feel so much better now!! I have to contact humana and get my referral changed. HOPEFULLY all goes well with that.

HEY thats great news Connie! Good luck with the referal , hope all goes well! I would drive to the moon to have had this surgery, if that's what it took, so pensacola won't be so bad!( except for maybe the drive home, but we will talk more about that when its a sure thing! haha) dawn~~

I understand completely, I drove 5 hours to Huntsville to have mine and stayed in a hotel there for a week afterwards, so 2 hours is not so bad. Congrats and I hope all goes well for you! Sheri

Yay Connie! I am gonna have to drive too!!! I am probably gonna go to Dr. James and Stephanie Barnes in Shreveport...at least that is what it is looking like! I am so excited! My hubby was all ready to shell out the money to pay cash yesterday and he went to the Tricare office at the base and now they are being so helpful!!! I can only imagine what he said to them! lol...He doesn't have very much patience with people who treat me poorly! hehehehe....He is my HERO!!! Anyway, I am so excited for you!!!! And for me!!!!!! I am so happy that things are looking up for you. I am glad you came to our meeting the other night, it was great to meet you. I hope you will become a regular member and come each month.
