Mardi Gras wow moments

Well I went to Biloxi for Mardi gras this year. I grew up there soI wanted to go. I loaded up early with my sugar free drinks and got a great spot near the front of the parade route. I decided I would walk around a bit and next thing I knew I had walked the entire parade route. I mean the whole thing. When I went the last time I never wandered farther than the closest restroom. I saw alot of folks I knew and they all told me they couldn't believe how much I had changed since they last saw me. I had a blast got sunburned and am payong for it now but would do it again in a minute. Just goes to show that change is a goooooooooooooooood thing. Just ahdto share my moment. Barry

I wish I had of known you were coming, I would have loved to have seen you! We enjoyed the parade too. It was a shame that we only got to have the one this year but it was better than none at all. Isn't it wonderful! Just to be able to walk without tiring out, not to have to search for a bathroom every 5 minutes and have bone pain. This surgery is better than anything that I can think of!!!! Cheryl

Yeah I did it and I loved it then I caught about 12 LBS of beads for my mom and my kids so I had a full day only bad thing was I had to stay away from the boiled crawfish my bro in law made was so spicy it made me ill. But I had a blast and I know that you could have done it you skinny thing you. You could have prolly power walked it lol. Barry
