I hope it works out and you find something close to home that will allow you more time with that baby girl.  Don't be down on yourself, girl.  You will get there.  The support groups really do help me.  I have been in that down and out place before.  It is no fun.  God will work things out so that you can have time with the baby and still have time to take care of Denise.  Just hang in there.  Something will come available and it will be great.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you are able to come next time or to be sure you go to your nearest support group.

No plans as of right now. Didn't put anything in the crockpot this morning. Will be wishing I had when I get home this afternoon. Nothing really sounds good today. I am having one of my days when not much is appealing. Will try to figure something out by the time I get home. Hope all is going well for everyone.

Oh Mel,
Thanks so very much.  I will give her some smooches from aunt mel.  lol lol  She is actually doing much better today now Wally is sick.  lol lol  I have GOT to get back girl.  I need some kind of support!  I feel so down on myself right now.  I hate the way I look, I hate my job (well not really hate) I just miss the baby so much.  And of course Wally's answer is to just quit.  lol lol Men have no clue.  lol lol  I do have some irons in the fire for possible part time work in Purvis.  I have some meeting set up for this Friday.  Please keep me in your prayers that SOMETHING comes up.  I pray so hard but I am the type that needs a HUGE flashing sign.  lol lol
Luv ya

Hi cinja, Always good to see men join groups. We would be so glad to have you. There is a wrinkle to our first meeting. I am starting this group and invited Amy Bennett to help me to get this off the ground. We are both pre-ops but are close. I am waiting on a first meeting with the surgeon and Amy is about a week behind me.
The wrinkle is my husband and I are moving to Las Vegas. So I am hoping for post-ops to show up to help continue the purpose of this group...to provide information to pre-ops and reconnect post-ops, who have fallen off the wagon, to the correct diet for successful bariatric post-op life.
So after getting to the point of waiting to see the surgeon, I have to move in September.
I will have lap RNY as well as Amy. I have an associate who is post-op whom I feel confident will make a good support group leader.
August 24, 2 pm at The Grove CoffeeHouse on Getwell at Snowden Grove Park.
Look forward to meeting you.
Thank you
Nancy Weasel
