Chicken Stew
2 -3 B/S chicken breast cooked & shredded, reserving broth
2 cans veg-al, drained
1 can 98% FF cream of chicken
In a med stock pot, boil chicken seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Remove chicken when done, reserving broth in another dish. To stock pot, add both cans of veg -al, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup and 1 - 2 soup cans of broth (depending on how thick you like it). Return to boil adding salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to med low and allow to simmer for 20 -30 minutes, stirring ocassionaly to prevent sticking.
This is soooo good! my family really enjoys it for supper on a cool night. This can also be made in a crockpot, cookingon low all day. Hope you enjoy it!!
