1 year Surgiversary

Today marks 1 year since my RNY Gastric Bypass surgery. Here are just a few of the details: Age: 49 Height: 5' 11" Starting weight: 346 Starting pant size: 48 Starting shirt size: 3X-4X Current weight: 187 Current pant size: 34 Current shirt size: Medium I give so much credit to this O/H Mens Board for so much of the success that I have experienced over the last year. Virtually all of my post-op information & tips I learned from this site. I cannot imagine how difficult this journey would have been without all of the knowledge and support that is offered and readily available here...........
