If it weren't for drinking my protein I wouldn't be getting in much!

Hey DX e, I took your advice and purchase three of those 16 oz. plastic water jugs that have a reservoir up to an ounce to measure my drinking liquids, they are pretty dog gone nifty.  Thanks for the heads up. BobM.
