I've become partial to the MetRX bars. 300 calories, 9 g fat, and only 2 "net" sugars. high in Sugar Alcohol at 28g but it is ok.
They are like $3 a whack at the stores but if you go to Bjs, Costco, Sam's they are like $20 for 10.
