Congrats Russ!! You have officially arrived to the WLS promise land, a land where we can all finally feel like a regular human being again. Sorry to get somewhat serious on you but it does feel great to not feel like a lesser person because of obesity.  On the other hand, we now have to deal with the fact we're not really an Adonis and Gods gift to ....., don't we? BONER!!!! Geez...you and larry on the same post....it's like Deja Vu You know the atention you get is different....and it can throw you off balance for a while....I still see the fat guy in the mirror.....or don't even look....and every person in the gym is in beter shape than me, at least in my mind.... Sorry about the mooning everyone....there was someone who, was going on about not having a pic till they were normal BMI...Geez, I never even got close to a normal BMI...my body fat is holding good though at 19% HOw is the biking....? We need to collect our pennies, and send you to the tour de france....and let you ride along...wouldn;t that be a hoot....talk about a poster boy....and maybe you wld get rubbbed up by Cheryl Crow Russ

Hey Russ, It is great to have the WAD back in the house, isn't it? Bikin' is going pretty good given the temps and massive snow here in Colorado. Took the kids up skiing last week and the snow is unfreakin believable. Seems like there are avalanches every hour on the hour in the nongroomed areas.  By the way, I had a fancy smancy body fat test done last week and came in at 7.5% overall. The thing I was most proud of was my trunk body fat % was only 4% which means the old ab work (killing) must be paying off. It also means I need to be working the guns since they came in at 9%. Having guns like yours are now my new goal. Gaaad, I hate lifting weights. Cheryl is indeed a babe and what a set of pipes!! Sorry to see her and Lance break up. Oh well, I hear he i****tin' on one (or both) of the Olsen twins now. Speakin' of twins, anyone out there remember the Barbi twins? Holy frickin' smoke. Talk about HOT! I wonder how they be lookin' these days? Time for a cold shower. Later, Boner

Russ, It snowed enough overnight to cover the ground, but nothing in the streets.  Of course, this being Gastonia they cancelled school.  And as usual it is the snow/ice mix which we love so well here in the piedmont. I no longer live on Wren Road.  We have moved into an apartment on Gaston Day School Road.  It is so nice not to have to do any maintenance or yard work any longer.  Of course at tax time we will take a major hit.  Que sera sera.

The family is doing well.  My son with the full scholarship to UNC-Asheville decided that school wasn't for him (what a genius).  So now he works at Panera Bread Company until he can discover what he wants to be.  The youngest is a Senior at Forestview with no plans for his future. 

Now as for the Super Bowl...you know that when the wife places herself in front of the television I will not be there.  I will either be asleep (taking a much needed beauty nap) or out with the boys (you know the ones...attending a Sunday afternoon tea dance.) Now about those cheek implants! WAD

Now which cheeks you talking about,....my face could use some work, for sure... but the back cheeks...seem to be fine to me.....it may not look that way in the pic...but if you feel them, they are great russ
