I did my walk again today but I can't wait till I can ride my bike and go to the gym...Better exercise =better results...

Your doing great JohnBoy, don't want to over do it give yourself time to heal. I was just a impatient but held off until I got the green light.

Hey RockyTop,

Still recoverying from the weekend Copper Triangle bike ride so yesterday I just did a bunch of situps on my situp board. Couldn't even muster up the energy for pushups.  Back to the gym today although I'm going to take a few days off from biking and do some walking.

Nice job on the cycling for you. You're rides are consistantly double digits now which is great!

Big Boner's been doing great with his walking post-WLS so I hope he'll start posting his daily results here in your thread. It's a great way to make yourself accountable for getting in the daily exercise as well as feel good about your accomplishments.
