3 week update

I went and weighed in today and i am down another 9 pounds and a total of 28 pounds since surgery, i would like to weigh in on sundays with you guys but i dont have my own scale yet.

Highest Weight -544 - 7/2006 Starting Weight - 520 - 3/2010 Surgery Weight - 457 - 11/10/2010
Todays Weight - 429 

Congrats Jeff you are doing amazing, keep it up buddy.

 Get weighed any day during the week and just report it on Sundays.  I only get weighed once a month now but I still have to get weighed at a doctor's office.  I usually walk with a cane and can't even get on a regular doctor's scale.  But, there are two scales at doctors offices near me where handles to hold onto are integrated into the scales.
