Few upsets yesterday. MSU lost to Tennessee in OT, Oregon had to have 2 OT's to get past Penn State, Alabama beat GA, and Ol' **** upset LSU. Micah Parsons and the Packers come to Dallas tonight.

Everyday IS coffee day, very truw! Mostly decaff since my WLS, but ocasional cup of the real stuff when I need a pick me up.
I need to start checking what I am eating as weight is starting to creep up, and I can't keep blaming meds.
Good weather here, so some yard work will be enjoyed!
