Anyone had surgery in Cancun? with Dr Perez or Dr Verboonen?

It seems like there is a lot of reviews for surgeon in Tj and Juarez.  Does anyone have experiences with surgery in Cancun? 

I have a friend who went through Dr. Verboonen and is overly ecstatic about her results.  She went to him in Tijuana though, not Cancun.  She looks fabulous and has zero complications.
