i did it i signed my papers for my lapband now i wait for my surgery date . I must admit i was worried that i had not lost enough weight but i had lost 29 pounds .DR B seemed very pleased with me so hopefully i`m now i step closer to my surgery a very happy JACQUELINE

Hi Jacqueline ... I was looking for you at Dr B's office .... Where you the woman sitting behind me reading a book that was all by herself? I understand that he was running about an hour late and I did see 2 other women that I knew go in before me . What time was your appointment? Mine was at 11:00 , I got to see him at 12:15 or so. Hopefully the surgery will be in January or February at the latest. What did he tell you? I have made some big changes in my eating habits with little results which is very discouraging. I will need to find the will to try harder. Glad to hear that you will soon be having your surgery too and congrats on the 29 Lbs , that is great. Sherry
