Obesity Guidelines Reference Book
 This was posted on another forum I frequent and has some interesting information.  It's likely that you have heard the majority of the information but nice to have as a reference and there are some good printable forms at the end to track different things like exercise and a food log, etc.  Plus their "goal" setting criteria was similar to mine, lol.
For some of you, there could be a few pages to print for your doctor ... this is how you (as a Doctor) are suppose to be supportive of me!

PS Yes I did change my avatar as hubby though my hair was to "pouffy" in the last one, LOLOLOL. Guess a few guys saw the same pic on his Facebook and made a couple comments.
