I Nordic walked 14 laps of the walking track in 30 minutes! Wow, do I ever feel those 18 pounds! That is 1 3/4 miles, or 2 1/3 klm. Before I know it, I will be the one doing all the passing instead of being passed by everyone but the little old ladies!!

Wow! Way to go Charline! You'll be running those laps by summer. Keep up the good work. Those pounds will be flying off befor you know it. it will be easier once it warms up a bit outside. It will be more fun too.

Congrats Charline. What a wonderful NSV. They feel much better than the numbers sometimes. The pride in yourself and the accomplishment is sweeter than sugar in my books. Good for you!
