CONSENT SIGNING

 Signing my consent on Friday.  A little nervous that I haven't lost much weight.  Not sure how my scales compare to Dr. B's but it seems to an issue for many people.  I would kinda like to take my scales with me to compare.  It really doesn't give an accurate comparison to get weighed at home in the am and then get weighed in the PM at the Dr's office???  

rigth now id just go with the scales at the clinic and follow what your supposed to be eating in fact the clinic scales are still the only ones that i use and there bang on, most house hold scales are off by up to 10 percent, and you should only be really weighing yourself once every 2-3 weeks

My scales were off by 6 pounds when I went for my consent and bang on when I went for my last weigh-in.  Home scales should be banded!!

 Consent SIGNED!!!!  It was a long day.  I got there at 11am - hoping I could get in early and be home before dark.  Note to self: If they say your appointment is at 2pm go no earlier than 1:30. LOL  I got into see the nurse at about 2:15 not bad at all.  This was Dr. B's first day back from a course and I expect he was having a major catch-up day.  I think it was around 5pm when I was finished.  I got to meet Patsy YEAH!  and a couple of  from the information session, so yes it was a long afternoon - but I was in very good company   And BTW I lost 4.85 pounds (which I will call 5 pounds haha) Glad to be snug as a bug at home and off the road.
