Weight loss will be recorded as follows- First the amount of weight change for the week, then an equal sign, & then the total lost so far. For example.....I lost .7 the first week, and say I lost 2 pounds this week. it would look like this: -2=-2.7. If I lost another 2 pounds the next week : -2=-4.7. Then I gained a pound.....+1= -3.7 and so on.
