I called 1-3 times a day! My surgery date was set and still had no approval the day before the scheduled surgery...so I just kept calling?! I too got to know the girls very well..LOL! Call! phone

I called after one week, and once a week thereafter. It took three weeks from the day that they got all the information that they needed. However, that was just my insurance company. Good luck and go ahead and call. Take care.
