I was wandering if anyone had any tips on mixing a smooth protien shake. My blender seems to make it to thick, and my Blender Ball Shaker leaves it lumpy.

I use a little hand held mixer....10 bucks at Walmart...works great for my shakes. =0)

Ditto on the stick blender. They work wonders. I have even used it to blend food as well. Adding a bit more milk helps as well.
