That is not petty.  In some way or another this surgery to most of us will eventualy could mean life or death.  I am so sorry to hear about that.  I have cried so many times during my process.  Don't feel bad or ashamed for the way you feel.  I wish you lots of luck. 

Thank you...I needed to hear that.   I have called Duke a couple of times, and have not heard from anyone.   I am assuming that they are super busy.  I am actually better today.  Because it is either one of two things going to happen...I won't even think about a 3rd option (not getting approved).   It is either that they can fit me in earlier, or they will submit my new insurance for approval at the beginning of Oct.    At this point, I realize that worrying is giving me a headache.  Don't won't those! Hey Miss Candice!  I am doing alright...suffering from a really bad migraine today.  But, good.    How are you feeling?  How are things going? Just an update...I talked to Duke and they said it should be no problem with the insurance change.  So, status quo for surgery on 10/11.    Yea!!! Thanks for all the feedback and support everyone!!
