Galbladder question

I didn't know my I had gullstones in my gullbladder when the doctor told me about it... but after I got done with an hour of some nurses poking and proding the area for about an hour for the ultrasound, it started to hurt. It was like labor pains for me. Warm, severe aches in my lower abdomen. It got really bad to where I layed in bed for days and didn't eat anything because if I ate, it made the pain worse....That and I was pregnant at the time. Mines been taken out for about a year now.
