I lost 4lbs this week!

I love it when that happens!  I doubled my protein intake and started on biotin tablets for hair loss.  I switched from chewable to tablet vitamins.  Wowee, what an improvement in my hair!  Barely shedding now.  That, plus working first shift (I'm a morning person) has increased my metabolism and given my weight loss a boost.  Now if I could just get a raise! Love, Diane

Congratulations, Diane!  I was about to give you my stock answer to whenever people used to talk about how many pounds they lost:  I would always say "That's ok, I found 'em.  Want them back?"  I just realized I can't say that any more!  Sorry, friend, looks like those 4 pounds are permanently lost!

Thanks Suzanne! I hear that at work a lot!  My weight loss is really evident now.  People that haven't seen my since my surgery almost fall over when they do see me!  My friend Wanda's eyes almost popped out and she said, OK where is Diane! Of course I now have a new short "do" and color and makeup and new clothes. whew... unbelieveable in less than 6 months. I don't want you finding anymore lost pounds!  Isn't time to update your picture?  I need to do mine too!  KissesTake Care!                 Diane

LOL!  One of the hardships/blessings of living alone is that there is never anyone to take your picture!  Nonetheless, I did spend some time today learning how to use the camera I bought 2 years ago and I will see if I can manage some "delayed timer" shots for Monday's 2 month surgiversary!  Seems like MUCH longer!

Ok Suzanne, I'll update mine tomorrow too!  My neighbor has a digital camera and we will do it before I go to church!  I live alone as well.  Been widowed for 13 years now.  I have no plans on ever marrying again. I like living alone.  My 6 month surgiversary is on the 28th, but I will do it tomorrow! Niters!  Big Hug

LOL... I will do my best!  Mare lives a good 30 miles from me so we don't see each other anywhere near as often as I would like!  I am just so hapy I figured out how to work the darned thing!

Hey Barb,  My neighbor is in the middle of her daughter's 7th birthday party!  So it may be later on this evening.  Then again, we have revival at 6 p.m.  I'll do my best.  Thanks so much for the kudos.  I have been very blessed.   Hugs, Diane
