Hello North Carolina!    I've been posting on a few forums, and on the NC forum once, but wanted to officially "introduce" myself.   I'll be having my RNY on October 9th at Ft Bragg.

Hi Deb, I am from Sanford!  But I transferred up to Alamance County with GKN.  You know it's closing next year.  I used to live out on Pickard Rd.  I am glad to meet you.  You are beautiful!  Congrats on your surgery coming up.  I will be praying for you.  Please let me know if you need anything.  Will you be at Cape Fear or Womack?  I would love to visit you if you would like and are up to it.  I don't know if I can get into Womack if the post is closed to the public.  I have a sister in Fayetteville who may be able to help.  Her husband is retired Army. Take Care! Thanks Diane! My address is Sanford, but I actually live about 15-20 minutes south of there...just off of Hwy 87.  My surgery will be at Womack.  A few weeks ago I was 50% nervous & 50% excited.  I expected that to change as I got closer.  I think I'm still 50/50, but now both feelings are even stronger!  ;)  No worries.  I know I'm doing the right thing.  Just over 2 weeks to go!

Hey Deb, Ok, I know where you live down in Harnett County.  I will be praying for you on Oct. 9th.  Can I get to Womack on the 9th?.  If so, would you like a visit or would you rather I not?  I certainly understand if not.  If I do come, I need to know your whole name so I can find you.  Please let me know Deb. Hi Deb,      I hope you will be posting here often. I have been feeling kind of sad for the Fay/Ft. Bragg area since I am about one of the only ones that posts somewhat. I imagine there are others lurking possibly but as big as we are I would think we would have more posters. Glad to see you here and good luck on the 9th. Don't be a stranegr. We are a family here.

Hi Lisa! I do plan on checking in often, I've bookmarked this forum.  I'm sure there are others lurking.  That's OK, they're still getting valuable information by reading all of our interactions!    I know I did!  Nice to be a member of another family!
