I hope to get some info. tomorrow at my doctors office. If he doesn't want to help me then I will just do it without him. I am going and I am going to be better. I am 43 years old. I want to be able to take my own bath. Not have anyone have to pick me up out of the tub. I want my life. I will let you all know how it goes tomorrow. Thanks for being here for me.  amy

Amy -

You are being kept close in thought and prayer. I am so very proud of you for taking your health into your own hands. I know that it's a scary thing that you are doing, but you have great reasons for doing it ... your health and that of your children. You are strong and you can do this.

There's a pretty fair contingent of us here in the greater triangle area ... please let us know if and how we can support you.

All the best in your journey to a healthier you,

Barb

Amy, This is wonderful new. I believe prayers are already being answered in your life. Your daughter and son will be so relieved to know you are in a safe place and will come home healthier and feeling better. I'm probably not alone in worrying a day would come when we would never hear from you again. Your hopeful and positive attitude is very encouraging. Treatment is not going to be a walk in the park but try to focus on everything you've got to live for and for all the people who love you.

Keep us posted and know that you are loved!

Amy, I am so happy to see that you have made a decision to love and care for yourself.  Sometimes, we just have to recognize that we don't have all the answers and need some help and then ask God, as you have done, to help us.  Then the blessings come pouring in!  You are on your way, girl!  Trust the process! All the best to you!

Amy, I am so proud of you for going to get help. It is not easy to do sometimes but I know you are doing the right thing. Count me in on the visit. Diane and myself enjoying hanging out and we are both close by and this sounds like a wonderful act of kindness to come meet you in person. Please let me know what I need to do to come see you.                                          Annie

It is never too late to be what you might have been.?
