6 month checkup today and DOWN 100 LBS!!!

I went for my 6 month checkup today and I am down 100 lbs!  Dr. Overby said I am THE poster child for weight loss surgery!  He also cleared me for a 28 day biblical fast, as long as I get in my protein, vitamins and vegetables through juicing with my Mr. Juiceman.  He told me to watch out for fruit juices and sugar.  I told him I only juice an apple with my vegetables for flavor.  I promised I would stop if I started feeling bad. The best news??? I only have to go back annually now, on my anniversary date.   My next and only appointment for 2008 is March 24, 2008. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME! much love, Diane

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Isn't it a wonderful feeling????  I remember when I lost my first 100 lbs, I just couldn't believe it!   WLS is a WONDERFUL tool!!! Congratulations again!!!

Diane,             Wow! 100 pounds in 6 months?! I hope I can lose my weight like that. :) I couldn't imagine being 100 pounds lighter in such short time. Hope I can follow your example. How knows how fast I'm gonna lose my weight...Anyways, that is great!! Woo Hoo! Good job! ((hugs)) Shelly
