I really have been a lurker , reading all of your post feeling like I knew you. I honestly didn't think I would get this much support from my post. not posting often. THANK YOU ALL SOOO MUCH.........
I kept calling yesterday morning until I got a live person. Of course the coordinator wasn't in. Imagine that!!!! I got a nurse, explained how I felt and how frustrated I was. All the faxes, emails, and phone calls I made there and no direct answer. That I was going to bring my tent and camp out in the waiting room until I got a straight answer out of someone. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes. When she came back on the phone she said all of my task had been completed, signed off of on 10-11-07. That there was a note on my chart that I had to retake the breathing test again. I asked whyyy, my doctor said it came back negative. She said she it did come back negative, I am going to go talk to the doctor and get back to you today I promise you. I said, what gets me is all of the vague emails but mostly no response from Angie and NOT once has anyone contact me about this TEST and here is is 11-02 and nothing. I also told her they want us to check the website before contacting them, IT'S NOT KEPT UPDATED. I mentioned it was a direct reflect on the office there. Ughhhhhhhhh!!!! Anyway, she called me back last night @ 8:00pm and was still waiting on the doctor. She promised to call me back today. I got on the website it was all updated with the exception of being sent of to BCBS. I am waiting for my call today stating it has been faxed off and I am going to call BCBS and verify it. I will make sure I mention to her in a nice way that I will follow up with BCBS. I told her if their office lost me in all this mess, how am I suppose to feel confident, during surgery or after the samething won't happen. I don't have warm fuzzy's after all of this and she was very adamant that that would not happen and I would have excellent care. She mentioned how busy they have gotten and I said, I as a patient should not have to worry on how your office handles that. I should be treated well and followed up with and not even know what goes on behind the scences. That should not be my concern. That maybe the need to look at hiring more staff so this doesn't happen again to anyone else. That I knew for a fact they have lost patients from the above happening. I did make sure I told her how much I appreciated her help and it wasn't meant to be directed towards her. She promised me she would have it all taken care of for me. I will keep you posted.

The nurse just called me everything has been faxed off and they have someone else that will stay in contact with me. They told me as soon as they hear from BCBS they will call me right away. Monday I will be calling BCBS, I have person I have spoken to several times she will help me.
THANKS AGAINNNNNNNNNNNN, I am so happy I found this website. It is not by any means clicky and everyone is treated the same. All friends and very supportive.
