Anyone else from the Asheville area?

I'm mostly a lurker on these message boards but wondering if anyone else here is from the Asheville area.  I had my surgery done in Charlotte so I feel out-of-the-loop with anyone else in the area.  I hope to attend the suppport group at Mission next month but hoped to maybe make some contacts before hand.  Thanks!!

I'm not from that area, but glad to see you here and posting.  I lurked a while too before I "came out" so I hope we see you more around these parts. 

 I am from Asheville and had surgery with Dr. Lowe!  Small world! I don't go to the support group there, but you are not alone here! Hugs Shawana

Hi there, I'm in Weaverville-close to Asheville.  I have been to Mission's support group meeting one time and keep meaning to make my way back.  Unfortunately, life keeps getting in the way.  This past meeting was supposed to be on Plastic Surgery.  I so wish I could've been there.
