Thanks Girls,Sorry I have not been very active. I've been lurking some but lots have been going on.  I have noticed some new people here....WELCOME!!  These are great people with good advice.     I have my pre-op visite 11-30, I guess he will give me a list of do's and don'ts for before the surgery.
