Vitalady Tender Iron

Hi there, Does anyone take vitalady's Tender Iron? If so, do you know the dosage? The bottle says 1 daily, but on her website one of the reviewers states she takes 6 a day. And, I remember reading on one of these boards that someone else does that also. I'm going to post on the main board also, just thought I'd try here first.  Thanks, Kelly
