Right click to copy the ticker, NOT the html code, but the ticker itself.
Then, over on the left side of the OH screen, you'll see "User Settings." It goes in there.

For some reason my computer wouldn't let me copy and paste from ticker factory. I had to copy the code from the second box in the ticker factory into the signature area of OH (under User Settings) and then it worked. Give it a try,
