How hard is it
Please anyone lurking and reading this. Dr. P is a FABULOUSSSSS doctor. Do not let this deter you from their office because of what I write. I am just really frustrated with Sandy the office manager.
Your care with Dr. P is taking extremely serious. He is so compassionate and has thee BEST beside manor I have ever experienced. I am just frustrated with the office staff, as that kind of money is not chump change. It was the rudeness of
I'm a few days late to this party, but I would take the ladies advice and email Dr. B or P directly. (I personally would start with Dr. B because he is the main in charge.) I know personally that Dr. B is very involved with his practice even if it doesn't seem so from experiences. They really are surgeons and that is their gift, but they want their practice to run smoothly as well.
It’s unfortunate that a lot of people that choose to work in bariatrics can suffer a bit more quickly from care fatigue then other medical professions, we really do feel that our lives are on the brink of death and it will cause several patients that are in the “pipe line” to destroy some nerves of the office staff. It can rub off on other patients that are just trying to care for themselves AND be consumers.
You love your doctor and you said it well, your care is not with the office staff it is with him, that is where you trusted you life. Trust that your concerns about his office staff will be handled with the same compassion and consideration.
Good luck.
