It has been 9 months and I've lost in excess of 90 lbs.  But the girl's have completely left me.  I have gone from a full C cup to a stretchy training bra - well almost.  I am a A!!!   Don't like this.  I miss them, and want to buy some girls.   Do you think it's too early?  I know there will be skin issues later that must be taken care of but I'm not sure I can handle the flat chested thing much longer.   Is that silly - am I too vane?  Will it be safe to do this early?  Any ladies out there had augmentation already? Thanks, Dianne

Target sells bra inserts that are about $6... get a good padded bra and add the inserts and you will have boobs.. at least with the clothes on :-) I love mine and they work great. As for it being too early - you will want to be at goal and have maintained at least 3 months before getting the plastic surgery. While you can go for the consult now to get an idea of options and price a good PS should tell you to wait some. Honestly the closer I got to goal the more changes in my body... as more time has passed my skin has started to snap back some as well. Losing more weight after PS can change your result thats why its best to wait. While Im sure you wont see any more changes in the boobs... if you are still losing weight it may change your mind on what size breasts to get... I was a D pre-op and always thought if I lost my boobs I would get a D again... now that I am a size 8 I feel a C is a much better fit for my body... thats what size bra I wear and stuff my B boobs into lol! If you are going to seek more PS later many times you can get multiple procedures at once - that will not only save you additional anesthesia but money as well... more bang for your buck if you will.

Hey Dianne: I have only lost 45 lbs so far and have already noticed they look like two pancakes laying on my upper stomach..lmao.    Better this problem than all the fat.    I say if it makes you happy, do it, but give it a little time after you reach goal. Take care and good luck,  Pam

Skin issues.  I never imagined it would be like it is and I know I am not as bad as others.  Clearly saggy wrinkly skin can age you.  The worst part is getting a good bra and rolling them up and dropping them in..It fills them up nicely and looks great in a turtle neck.  But now I can wear those low cut v tops and I don't have all this cleveage any more puffing its way out which doesn't look good on a 40 something mom.  Now I look like my, rest her soul in peace, departed 80 something mother in law if I bend forward or slightly sideways and my shirt comes away from my chest and gives the world a view of  saggy, wrinkley boobs all stuffed in and folded wrinkle over wrinkle.  So I sit with my shoulders back, coller bones looking good.  But Don't tilt forward or side ways!  SO yes I tried bathing suits on and I figured it will be a strapless tube top, thick elastic so if I bend over they won't fall out and if I lay on my side no one will see the wrinkles as they lay atop each other.  For the bottoms it will be skirted with heavy elastic around the butt so I can lift my flat butt and all those wrinkles into it so to give the illusion of of having a butt.  I have all visions of one side slipping out, flat ass wrinkles sagging on one side and a perky check on the other.  I think I am going to patent flesh color duck tape!  I am too young to look like 80!

Dianne,

I am having the same problem.  After losing a little over 100 pounds, my boobs look like they have deflated!  I plan on getting them done some day, but for now what works for me is that I went to Victoria Secrets and bought a padded bra.  It is one of those that is padded with some sort of gel insert.  It works great!!!  So, now at least while I am dressed, I look as if I wear a DD cup, but really I am probably down to a B cup.  I highly recommend the padded bras at Vicotria Secrets. http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wHe0IbO/"> http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wHe0IbO/weight.png">> Gwen

Thanks everyone.  You know they do look like pancakes sliding downhill.  Really sad!!!  I was never overly blessed anyway.  But you all are right,  I should wait a while longer.  I hope to lose a few more pounds. Thanks, Dianne

Your timing is IMPECCABLE!!!  I was just looking at my boobs last night and decided they looked like 2 fried eggs on hooks.... everything is pointing WAY south!!  I was thinking i'll need to get something done soon, but i think it's way too early for me. (only 4 months)  I heard they they can take your excess butt fat and implant it into your boobs, that way you don't have to worry about silicon or anything or your body rejecting artificial implants.  When the time is right, I think i'll investigate that option a little further.
