Nature's Made Vitamins
I saw that they have a new line out of vitamins. I found them today at walgreens. They have are liquid softgels. They are in the shape of a pill but are liquid. I bought the women's multivitamin and the liquid softgel Super B-Complex. I thought they were a little pricey at $9.99 a bottle, but with RNY and the absorption issues we have I figure it's a small price to pay. The multivitamin comes in regular multi and a womens multi. Both bottles have 60 pills each.
No more chewables for this RNY chick. I'm all for ease of ingestion.

In fact, this post reminded me to go do it! Thanks!
Personally, I've tried several different types of vitamins without checking with Dr B first.
Since I'm 2 years post op and I need good easily digestable vitamins I figured these are worth a shot. I did not like the liquid vitamins or the liquid b ones. I would reccomend that you check with the nutrionist if you have concerns about switching things up. since my pouch isn't new or healing anymore I can tolerate a tiny bit more then the newly pouched people. I never bought the ones from Dr B's website because they don't suite my tastes, I hate to 'taste' what i'm swollowing. Iron is the hardest vitamin for me because its so hard on my pouch.
Congrats on your journey. I hope it's been going well for you.
