That is awesome Annie. You walk and then 1.5 hour of cardio....you are the WOMAN!!!   I am jealous...get home from work and am lucky to ride my exercise bike for 20 min.   Walk a little at lunch time. Take care, Pam

Pam the point is at least your doing something everyday. Also when I was SMO you really arent able to do much walking ect... Doctors like to say just start working out well I have news for them some of us cant till some of the weight comes off first. Once some comes off working out becomes easier still is hard work.                                               Annie

NOW you are REALLY inspiring me!  I have decided I need to move a few muscles in order to get things going again...  started out with a daily walk with Satchmo (yeah he hates that...NOT!) and now feel like I could add to it with some treadmill work.  Picked up a few new cds and am ready to rock!

Hi Suzanne, Doing my workout and walking the babies I found has helped my depression alot. I have also noticed Arthur is listening to me more. When we come up on other people and or dogs Arthur is not lunging towards them any more but staying beside me and not acting like a crazed bulldog. Yeah I know I need to excersise but my walks with the dogs I tell myself is for them as much as me.                                                    Annie

Becareful on the treadmill as my friend is now in paina nd going tot he Chiropractor (sp?) as she is in so much pain from her new treadmill. It seems that walking up an incline can hurt your back, and she can barely move when she wakes up. He said if you walk extensively that you should do it on the flat level.

WHOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO GF!!!! Glad, glad, glad for you to get this big CLOTHES HANGER out of my house!! lol  It really does just sit here and gather dust!  You can use it, and I know it's going to a good home!! Hi Connie, Ive been up since 6:30am went for my walk and did my workout now waiting on the drywall man to finish the fireplace. You can train Cole but as far as DH goes ahh what can I say I cant even train mine.                                               Annie PS feeling much better today not as congested.
