OK I DID IT...
I stepped onto my treadmill for the first time in 4 years! LOL! I have gone to the gym both before and after surgery and used theirs, but had to stop that back in November after a car wreck. But there hasn't been an excuse for a long time now... It was sitting in my garage when I first moved here 4 years ago so that was an "excuse." Then I finally moved it into the house, all by myself (whew!), a couple of months ago (progress, not perfection), so that excuse was gone. My daily half-mile walks with the dog have gotten my energy levels up so TODAY I FINALLY DID IT! Nothing earth shaking, but I did a half-mile in 10 minutes and got the heartrate up. GAWD!!!! I HATE taking suggestions!!! But really, SOMETHING has to be done about this stall!!!
Woo Hoo, Suzanne! That is great and I bet it will deinitely help break the stall. I hope you find something that will motivate you to continue. I make myself go the three times a week to water classes and it sure does help me for sure. In fact now it is just such a stress reliever for me to go. Perhaps it will come to be that way for you as well.

Hi Lisa! So glad you posted! I have been meaning to reach out to you to ask you how you managed to lose all that weight recently? You are looking WONDERFUL and have lost a goodly amount of weight this spring! Congratulations on your 100 lb mark. I am SOOOO jealous! Do you think it was the water classes? You must have done something different... what was it? Weren't you at a stall there for a while?
