OK I DID IT...

I stepped onto my treadmill for the first time in 4 years!  LOL!  I have gone to the gym both before and after surgery and used theirs, but had to stop that back in November after a car wreck.  But there hasn't been an excuse for a long time now...  It was sitting in my garage when I first moved here 4 years ago so that was an "excuse."  Then I finally moved it into the house, all by myself (whew!), a couple of months ago (progress, not perfection), so that excuse was gone.  My daily half-mile walks with the dog have gotten my energy levels up so TODAY I FINALLY DID IT!  Nothing earth shaking, but I did a half-mile in 10 minutes and got the heartrate up.  GAWD!!!!  I HATE taking suggestions!!!  But really, SOMETHING has to be done about this stall!!!

Woo Hoo, Suzanne! That is great and I bet it will deinitely help break the stall. I hope you find something that will motivate you to continue. I make myself go the three times a week to water classes and it sure does help me for sure. In fact now it is just such a stress reliever for me to go. Perhaps it will come to be that way for you as well.  Take care and keep up the great work. Lisa

Hi Lisa!  So glad you posted!  I have been meaning to reach out to you to ask you how you managed to lose all that weight recently?  You are looking WONDERFUL and have lost a goodly amount of weight this spring!  Congratulations on your 100 lb mark.  I am SOOOO jealous!  Do you think it was the water classes?  You must have done something different...  what was it?  Weren't you at a stall there for a while?

I know it is soooooo hard to get started, but once you get into a routine, it gets better!  Good job on starting!!!  That is the hardest part!  Let's get that scale moving again!!!  Keep up the GREAT work! Andrea
