It's a BOY!
Suzanne,
Congratulations!!! As you know, I hate to exercise too and I will find every excuse not to do it, but we know that we need to do it. I think it just takes more time for some of us (meaning me) to get that mind/body connection.
Keep up the good work! It will pay off.
Hugs,
Barb

(((Suzanne))),
First of all, I think that you have made amazing progress. As many people say to me, you don't even look like the same person that I met last year. Next, have you talked with your nutritionist about this stall? If you haven't, I'd consider it. You might want to log everything you eat for a week or so. I like www.mydailyplate.com because they have just about everything and I don't have to 'work' at it to log my intake. I know that you aren't being 'bad,' but maybe they can have a look and find a tweek or two to help you get the rest of the weight you want to lose off. I don't think that this means you'll have to 'diet' for the rest of your life, but you might have to make a few adjustments to take off the rest of the weight. It may well be that kicking up the exercise will be just the thing. You are so right that our metabolism slows as we get a little older and I'm sure that being such a petite person does impact your total caloric intake, but you may be able to work around that with a bit of cardio and maybe some strength training to build more muscle that will burn more calories.
I think you are on the right track.
Hang in there my friend.
Hugs,
Barb
