Vitamin Advice

Hi everyone.  I hope you guys are all doing well.  I'm still in recovery mode.  I'm feeling much better, but I'm having some difficulty with vitamins.  It seems that I cannot tolerate the chewables - they send me into fits of nausea and vomiting - not very pleasant when you're two weeks post-op! Does anyone have any advice on a brand of liquid multi-vitamin that might work?  Also, if there is a brand of calcium citrate that comes in something other than a powdered chewable, I'd be interested in that as well.   I really appreciate the advice.  I don't always get the chance to post, but I really enjoy the feedback and advice from this board.  Thanks everyone and have a great day!
