Update and new Avatar

Hey NC Folks! It's been a long while since I posted, but I wanted to drop in and say hello.  First, I finally got around to updating my avatar.  You will notice the return of my neck  LOL.  I am now anxiously awaiting the return of my adam's apple which will bring me further joy.  I'm down 48 pounds since my 03/08 surgery date , I'm still off all meds and have seen the return of my energy after a brief lull shortly after surgery.  Eating has been "ok", I still have the occasional day when I eat something I either know I shouldn't or something new throws me for a loop, but I'm getting there.  Thanks to everyone here for the huge amount of information I have recieved from this site.  Best of luck to everyone! My husband, Ben will be seeing the team at Duke in June for his own RNY. I am hoping that he will have as successful an outcome as we have.

Hey Jason Isn't is a great feeling!   Congratulations you look fantastic!  I know how you feel last week I noticed I actually had collar bones lol,  Simply amazing.  Keep up the good work and keep us all posted on your progress.
