OT: Need a realtor in Charlotte who can HUSTLE
Here I am the best chubby relator in Charlotte, that being said there are a lot of variables. How many houses are there in your neighborhood for sale, Are they still building new homes( then you are competing with special financing and free upgrades from the builder), Is your asking price realistic for the market or do you need to get a specific amount to cover your finances which may be more then the house is worth, are you agreeable when the showing service calls and sayes someone wants to see your house(in this market the slightest inconvience to buyers and they will pass on your house) .
Does your agent keep the info box filled outside your house,did they post the maximum amount of photos on the MLS website( no pictures no people) Some agents will take any listing no matter how overpriced it is to get their name on your lawn it is free advertsing9 If you have had a lot of showings and no offers it may be listed too high), Did they hold an open house, Did they tell you waht needed to be painted, fixed maintained or neutralized as far as apint colors, etc.
I hope this helps there are so many things that effect selling a house and we all should be marketing marketing marketing in this market

Thanks for remembering I am a Realtor Ladies. I actually really love what I do , have to say I am lucky becuase I don't have to work. I just have such a passion for Real Estate and am brutally honest( which gets me into a lot of trouble) am agemt that isn't honestt with their client is doing their client a disservice.
