3 months already???

Hey Deb, Thanks for the encouragement and yes this is not the easy way out. It works but it aint easy. The emotional strain it has put on me sometimes has been hard to bear  but I believe that is just overcoming addiction. I never knew that food and , yes Dr. Pepper were such a crutch. Now when I look back on it I see how obsessed I was with them. When times got bad that's where I went. Now that I can't , for fear of dumping or just fear of failure ,it is hard. Hard to know where to turn but I am making that change in my life and working out the kinks. As I told Donna you vets are great inspirations. Thanks for being here! Melissa
