Wow! It's been a year since I had surgery!

It's really hard to believe that it's been a year since I had my WLS surgery that has change my body and my life. I am smaller, stronger, and healthier than I have been in decades. The losing part of my journey is behind me and now the hard work of maintenance is ahead.

I want to thank all of my friends here who have lifted me up and carried me along this incredible journey. Without your help, it would have been a far more difficult journey.

I have added a new post to my profile reflecting over the past year. I look forward to the years ahead.
