I would love to go to the gathering in Raleigh. I want to meet everyone that has helped me so much. I'll have to see if I can get my husband away from  "the Original Washington." goldie23

That would be great!  The more the merrier!  We all have helped each other so much, I know I feel as though you guys all saved my life when the going got tough. Where are you located?  Carpooling can be handy with these crazy gas prices! And what is "the Original Washington?" Hope to see you there!  Barb will keep us posted on developments.

Hi Suzanne, the "original Washington" is known as "little Washington" or just  Washington, NC about 20 miles east of Greenville on Hwy 264. It depends on which native you talk to as to which name you get.  goldie23 (Barbara)
