I am noticing that when I walk now my thighs do not rub together any more. I feel like I have more step in my stride and it feels great. I think we get so used to dealing with uncomfortable things with our obese bodies we dont even notice it till we start loosing weight.                                   Annie

Oh my gosh...I was just wondering (as I powdered up this morning) how much weight I'd have to lose until I got to the point that the girls weren't rubbing together. I can't remember ever not being chaffed during the summer because of it. Hmmmmmmm................. - Iris

Hi Iris, I know all about the chaffing during the summer it sucked. I got brave this morning and wore my red halter top on my walk with the dogs. It felt liberating.                                       Annie

You are so right on this!  In fact (at the risk of sharing too much) I find that certain private areas can get cold depending on my stride, because air is reaching places it never did before!

Annie........I remember when I noticed that, and it was soooooo cool.  Once you have that happen, you do tend to walk faster- thus, better exercise!! yeah!!!!!  Keep it up and say hi to Zenny! Nancy
