Attending my first LapBand Meeting

This Wed. I will be attending my first LapBand Meeting...I'm nervous but very excited....Any advice?

Listen, ask questions (there is no such thing as a dumb question), Listen some more!!!  Take notes. LOL Other than that I can think of anything.  You did not say where you were attending the meeting, I don't think they have meeting just for lapband around here so I think you are lucky to have found a Lapband meeting.  My support group is for everyone, not just Lapband.
