What's wrong with my stomach?

I've noticed that after I eat my stomach gets larger (swells) like it's full of air.  I'm not sure how long this has been going on, just starting to notice it more as my stomach gets smaller.  Any thoughts on what could be happening?  Is this something I shud contact the doctor about or wait until my 1 year check up in October?
