Another newbie

Hi everyone- I'm new to the forum, just decided to check it out after Mona U suggested it. I've been reading some of the past postings, and have learned some interesting stuff. I'm scheduled for my lap band with Dr. Holloway on the 30th, and I'm a little scared and a lot excited. So any encouraging words would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Dorothy.

Well congratulations on your upcoming surgery. I had the lap band surgery in June of 2005. With Dr. Holloway. So far so good if you can still in touch with your local support group . And there is nothing to be scared of. So stay in touch.
