Alternate financing

Hello, I'm a full-time student, have no medical insurance, and am not employed. Just wondering if anyone on here has gone through any alternate financing, and if so, how that works? (I'm looking at getting a LAP-BAND.) It's possible I could get a co-signor. Credit Cards are another option. But I'd prefer something with low interest. Thanks, Joshua
