Hello Ladies:
I'm excited! Accountability/working out is huge link to my success.... and the idea of spending time with other ladies that share the same goals, makes it even better. The 6th is one of the last eve's I have to spend with my daughter before she returns to college (as well as the 5th) so this week is a wash for me. I would however love to tentatively plan on Monday at 5:15p PF... I'm psyched that there will be 3 of us, that way if 1 can't make it there will be someone else to backup ;) . Martha, jazz on Wednesdays is a plan as well. I usually go to the 4:15p class but the 5:25 class will work too! This Wednesday I will be with my daughter but lets def plan on the 12th!

Sadly I am not on Facebook..I know, I know I just haven't gotten a chance to get into the social networks yet. :-) My nephew says I have to get this the times!
Thursday January 6th at 5:15 I am meeting Bamma at Concord PF at 5:15. I am hoping to set up a Monday and Thursday weekly schedule for treadmill. I think just meeting at the PF will be motivation not to skip....I posted to Bamma at the bottom.
If you can make it that would be great. I am really excited, I am working very hard to lose the initial weight to get to the surgery goal!

Breakfast egg & cheese wrap
snack - Popcorn 100 calorie bag (need to fix this)
lunch I have oatmeal with protein, not much but some
snack Cheese stick
dinner I need to shop, so most likely baked chicken and veggies
snack Greek yogurt w/ sf peach spread

OK so i feel that my eating has been getting a little off track lately so it is time to fix it! i have gained a lb or 2 ( not a bad thing) but mentally i do not feel good with my choices over the last 2-3 weeks so i think its time to write it down again...
anyone else?
so here goes..
breakfast 4 am - turkey sausage egg white flat bread from DD and a order of hash browns... (total 480 cal-17g fat -59 carb-21 pro)
snack 1 8am- eas carb advantage shake (110 cal 3g fat 17g pro)
lunch 12 pm- home made turkey pie...
snack 2 3pm- Greek yogurt
dinner not sure but i will make sure it is healthy
ok so after looking at the nutrition facts from breakfast i can do a lot better and tomorrow i will.
so how is everyone else doing?

So, I am set and determine to lose the little bit that I gained, and get back into everything again. I went skiing Saturday, and boy did I feel it! So, back to my plans and the exercise challenge. So as I am eating breakfast at work (and sliming UGH) here is my plan:
Breakfast: 1 egg and 2 tbls low fat cheese (cooked a little too much so having a hard time getting it down). 1/2 biscuit with 1 tsp marg.
Lunch: 1/2 cup fettuchini and two meatballs with sauce. 1 tbls parmesan cheese
Dinner: skinless "fried chicken". Chicken breasts with flour and spice coating sprayed with olive oil and baked. oven baked french fries and carrots.
For snack I have a pure protein bar.

Happy New Year Lisa. I am so sorry I did not make the meeting Monday night. My husband was having problems with his truck, and things just did not work out! I was thinking about you though!
