Glad to be back. I started out fairly good this week by skiing on Saturday. Cameron was with us, but I got a few good long runs in. I am also set and determined to get back to the gym, Jazz, or workout at home!

I could definately do every other Monday and every Thursday. I could use those days as my cardio only days and do weights other days. I get out of work at 5:00, and I work right up the road at 2 Delta Drive, so I could be there by 5:15 at the latest. I did not bring anything for tonight, and my meeting is next Monday, but why don't we plan on Thursday, January 6th.

I'm all over the clock with my schedule however would really like to get more into a routine (and I know having a buddy could certainly help with that). Right now I go 2-3x's a week and I walk the treadmill and do weights. I'd love to meet up...

Lol- I gained too after meeting with Nancy! I can't remember how much but that experience really gave me a shove in the right direction. I am still struggling but I will get there and so will you!

When do you go? I am starting up next week, trying for at least 2X a week....treadmill at this time only for about 1 hour is my goal...do you go regularly? I could use someone to be motivated with.

I originally had 17 lbs. to loose but the GAINED 5 pounds after my first meeting with Nancy! Can you believe it, I think I panicked.....anyhow I am down 10 and still have lots to go...I too think I am "blocking" because I am a bit nervous, so I totally get what you are going through with t he last remaining pounds...I am sure you will get there!
The classes with Dr. Wagner helped me get into the right frame-of-mind.
I think for me, I need to add the activity, finding time is hard...I also live in a rural area...no sidewalks, so walking in the winter is a challenge where I live. I posted for some gym buddies in Concord, where I work, and got two replied so hopefully this will motivate me to go to the gym after work.
I would love to stay in touch with you for support....I hope you meet your goal soon!
